Software:

All digital files should be composed in one of the following: Quark Xpress, Pagemaker, Adobe Illustrator, and Macromedia Freehand. DO NOT attempt to build complete pages in Photoshop. DO NOT build finished files using inappropriate software - including home use greeting card programs, word processing programs, spreadsheets, print/ draw programs, or multimedia programs such as Powerpoint or Persuasion.

When sending Electronic art please include:

1. A composite printout (laser color print) of your image with any special instructions at 100%. If not at 100% please indicate that on your printout.
2. If possible include a color output and printed color separation from your document.
3. Printout of the file folders and documents on your disk.
4. Any High Resolution files if available (at least 300 lpi)
5. Mac format preferred
6. Include all printer and screen fonts used in file
7. Be careful when reversing out small type, type with serifs. ®s ™s ©s. If the type is not bold enough serifs and thin lines (under .5 thickness) may fill in when printed.
8. Do not trap your files. We have specific trapping specifications for our presses and will to the trapping in-house.
